I wish to state that I have NO reservations whatsoever, in my recommendation to anyone requiring the services offered by Digi Repairs. No problem was too much trouble and support was 100% from start to Finish. Without its’ unstinting support, I would not have been able to proceed with Sky – who’s support (by comparison) was at 0%. When my Sky+ box got stuck on standby, Sky offered only reset or replacement, with loss of all recordings. A local Sky engineer recommended digirepairs, who sent my repaired box back working perfectly and with all recordings still there. I later sent them my Sky HD box. In both cases, I had good service from first contact. Martin kept me informed of the progress of the repairs, and consulted me where there were options. Digirepairs tried all possible means to repair my boxes and save the recordings, for which I am grateful. My old Sky+HD box gave up the ghost and I searched the net to trying to find somewhere that I could buy a new Sky box. I rang Sky and they were quoting me silly money for a new HD box which I refused to pay – dam it I pay enough. I decided to search if anybody on the net was selling new  Sky+ HD boxes. Then I came across Digi Repairs and gave them a call – refreshing to find a company that answer their phone these days. I had a few queries regarding my set up and been able to install it myself.
