When my Sky+ box got stuck on standby, Sky offered only reset or replacement, with loss of all recordings. A local Sky engineer recommended digirepairs, who sent my repaired box back working perfectly and with all recordings still there. I later sent them my Sky HD box. In both cases, I had good service from first contact. Martin kept me informed of the progress of the repairs, and consulted me where there were options. Digirepairs tried all possible means to repair my boxes and save the recordings, for which I am grateful. I feel they did their best for me, and would recommend them for their skill and customer service.
