Instruction on how to fix red or amber light. Follow the instructions below.

These Instructions are for all model Sky+HD boxes

  • Instructions on how to reset box.

    STEP A 

    1. Simply switch off or unplug your Sky+HD box at the mains and leave for 1min and switch back on again.
    2. Allow 3 mins to reboot if after 3 mins does not come back on using your remote or buttons at top of box the go on to step 4
    3. Software update
    4. Switch off at mains
    5. Press and hold the backup button on your Sky+HD box (not the Sky remote). The backup button is on the top of your Sky+HD box.
    6. Keep pressing down the backup button. Don’t release it (even momentarily). “Want to see the rest?
