I thought I would thank you for the excellent service you gave me the process of repair of Sky+ box. For those thinking of getting DIGI REPAIRS to repair their SKY+ box, here is my experience of doing the same.
I first went on the NET searching for a repairer for SKY box's, I found horror stories of other firms and then came across DIGI REPAIRS.
After reading reports that they were good, I phoned them, believe this or not, within three hours they had arranged a courier to pick it up, I had only just got it into a cardboard box when the currier was Knocking on the front door, that was Monday dinner time. The following Monday dinner time the box was back repaired.
What fantastic service, telephone calls, they were also very helpful. Don't despair over your Box send it to Digi Repairs! Hope this helps others to get their box's fixed.

I think this is the first letter of thanks I've ever been provoked to write to a company! I just wanted to say how hugely impressed I was with your service and attitude throughout the repair of my Thomson Sky HD box recently. From the first gentleman I spoke to you were extremely friendly and understanding all the way through including taking payment. Your handling of the shipping logistics as part of the service is a huge breath of fresh air and worked extremely smoothly - the little touches like the PDF shipping label clearly show care and attention and were much appreciated. The Sky HD box - which I'd put off getting looked at for AGES thinking what a massive nightmare it was likely to be - is now working flawlessly. We'd completely forgotten the joy of recording something whilst watching another - what a revelation! And finally your pricing is staggeringly reasonable to the point of my questioning how you can possibly make any money at all - however if my experience is anything to go by, all your customers must recommend you to everyone they know. And it's not like those Sky boxes are particularly reliable, so I'm guessing there's a lot of work to be had!
