How to Hard Reset your Sky Stream box (Puck)
Sometimes your Sky Stream box can lock up or simply refuse to do anything.
Follow these simple steps to perform a Hard Reset on your Sky Stream box. Get it back working again without the hassle of having to call Sky.
- Turn your Sky Stream upside down
- Unplug from the mains
- Plug it back in
- Hold your finger on the Standby button
- Keep it held down for at least 30 second
- The Red then Yellow lights will flash
- When they have finished flashing and the white light has appeared let go your finger
- Allow up to 2 minutes to fully reboot and reload….thats it
