If your experiencing problems accessing the BBC iPlayer on your Humax Freesat box please do not adjust your set. The good people at the BBC are aware of the issue and are working hard to fix it.
Viewers are geting the error message 02001
It is affecting the following models – HB 1000S, HB 1100S, HDR 1000s, HDR 1010s, HDR 1100s

I can confirm that all issues regarding the iPlayer on Humax Freesat boxes have now been resolved and functioning as normal.
