Problems on Humax Freesat PROGRAM GUIDE (EPG) on CH5 Channels

It appears that there are issues with the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) on Humax Freesat boxes. Some Freesat users are reporting ” No EPG on most CH5 Channels” or blank Screen when selecting the channels. These channels are working fine on Sky and Free to Air boxes. This indicates that the problems are unique to Freesat boxes.
As always we advise not to adjust anything until the issue has been resolved by Freesat.
Channel 5’s Freesat EPG Issues
From the reports we’re seeing, the current issue is affecting several channels owned by Channel 5 / Paramount:
5USA (Freesat Channel 129)
5USA+1 (Freesat Channel 130)
5Star (Freesat Channel 131)
5Select (Freesat Channel 133)
5Star+1 (Freesat Channel 141)
