” My Sky HD box packed up so I looked around for a replacement. I had used someone else four years ago but it was more expensive and there was trouble pairing the box to the card which required the dealer to call Sky.
Having found Digi Repairs (UK and Ireland) I was delighted because they were extremely helpful on the phone and explained very clearly the various options that they offered. I had to have a slimline box because of limited space, so their Swap Out option was ideal. A few days later the replacement box arrived together with a pre-paid label to return the old one. Everything about how to do the set-up was explained in their leaflet and it all worked perfectly – well at least it did once I had sorted out my own dodgy satellite connectors!

I bought a USED SKY+ HD DRX 890 – 500GB Hard Drive with Rf modulator from Digi Repairs as our old Sky Box had finally died.
Living in Germany but being unable to view UK television as an ex-pat is not easy, luckily I found Digi Repairs online.
The price for a reconditioned box was very reasonable, it looks like new, and the service was outstanding!
I ordered the box on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered to my door on Wednesday! They had even sent it with a Freeview card!

When my Sky+ box got stuck on standby, Sky offered only reset or replacement, with loss of all recordings.
