I've had the most amazing service from this company. My Sky HD box stopped working so I contacted Digirepairs and sent the box to them. They notified me that it had arrived and was being worked on. Within a few days the box arrived back fixed and working well. Incredible service. I can highly recommend them.

From my initial call with Martin I felt reassured I was in safe hands with Digi Repairs. He was knowledgeable and explained what options were available based on the problem with my Freesat box. The speed of the repair was fantastic, good communication and the overall service and experience was excellent. Very pleased with prompt repair to my Humax FVP4000T Freeview recorder. Been out of use for a few years so pleased to find Digi Repairs online. Reinstalled, updated the software and able to now watch my old recordings from 5 years ago.

Excellent!! Sent my Humax recorder off with a prepaid label for repair as it packed up while watching a recording on a Tuesday. It was returned fully repaired on the following week on Friday. Couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you.

Our Humax recorder stopped working correctly. I found Digirepairs after a Google search. I phoned the company and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. I tried all of his suggestions but decided our Humax needed to be repaired. I posted it off on Friday and by the following Thursday it had been fixed and posted back to us. We were updated by email when it had arrived at the company and again, when they returned it to us. Thank you for a very fast and efficient service. We would highly recommend Digirepairs .

Don't ever think your Humax Freesat recording box is ready for the skip. Not without contacting Digirepairs first. My box is 8 years old and just stopped working, so I thought that was it. However in a last attempt at recovering it and my recordings, I Googled repair, found Digirepairs, read their 5 star reviews, sent it off and I am now a very happy customer indeed. Excellent, speedy service. My box was returned fully repaired within one week. As such, I no longer require to stream and waste precious time watching ads The cost is very reasonable. Their website is excellent, offering a tick box menu covering various fault scenarios. Since i identified one on the list, this gave me hope they had dealt with the problem I was experiencing previously. Clearly I was correct and they know their business well. I am so pleased with the result, thank you Digirepairs. PS. I don't normally write reviews. Totally justified here though.
