• Next day delivery if booked before 1pm.
• Install the replacement box. This replacement is now yours to keep and enjoy
• Place your faulty sky unit in the container we sent it in
• Place the FREE returns label included on the outside of the box
• Bring it to your local collect + drop of point within 7 days. To find your nearest drop off point go to www.collectplus.co.uk
• Each replacement box comes with 1 years warranty
